Ellen Bremseth leads marketing, communications, and growth operations for the Milhouse family of companies. As the Head of Marketing, she oversees brand, digital, creative, CRM, and strategic communications—ensuring all efforts are aligned with business goals and positioned for long-term success.
Since joining Milhouse, Ellen has built the company’s first full-service in-house marketing team and developed go-to-market strategies across 10 business units. Her leadership has strengthened the Milhouse brand, enhanced client engagement, and brought consistency and clarity to how the firm shows up in the market.
Ellen also drives strategic planning, internal and external messaging, and cross-functional initiatives that support growth across the enterprise. She works closely with executive leadership to guide transformation, unify teams around a shared vision, and ensure Milhouse’s story is told with impact and integrity.
Prior to Milhouse, Ellen held marketing leadership roles in the ESG SaaS and technology sectors, where she led brand, PR, and growth strategy during periods of rapid expansion. She brings deep experience positioning complex services in competitive markets and a passion for building high-performing teams that deliver results.
