Kevin Bischel, PE

As Vice President of Civil Transportation, Kevin Bischel leads Milhouse’s transportation, site civil, construction management, and select program management teams. With nearly 30 years of experience in transportation planning, design, and construction he is guiding our teams to deliver projects that enhance mobility and strengthen the infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

Kevin’s experience includes railroad and roadway engineering, public-private partnerships (P3), construction management, alternative delivery, tolling, and municipal/traffic engineering, as well as building strong and high-performing teams

He is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Marquette University. In his free time, Kevin enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors with his wife and three boys.
