Rickey Shannon

Rickey Shannon serves as the Director of Operations for Milhouse Forestry, where he oversees and optimizes all operational aspects of the company’s forestry and vegetation management services. In this role, he drives efficiency, safety, compliance, and profitability across multiple projects while leading high-performing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence.

With 30 years of vegetation management experience and 15 years dedicated to management and leadership, Rickey brings deep industry knowledge and a proven record of operational success. Prior to joining Milhouse, he spent 16 years in operations management at Magna, where he demonstrated strong leadership and earned several professional certifications, including:

• Customer Obsession Certification (Magna International)
• Leadership Training (Magna International)
• Presentation Skills Training (Magna International)
• The Power of Personality (Myers-Briggs) Training (Magna International)

Rickey attended Gordon College and Ashford University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Forestry.
