Milhouse is proud to have represented Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation (GADGC) in their community development efforts.  This project was a particularly challenging because it was a historic rehabilitation and involved multiple general contractors and multiple tenants.  The project was completed on-time and within budget and is having a very positive impact on the community, spurring new development all around.
