Milhouse is leading a team of consultants providing preliminary engineering and environmental services to the CCDOTH for a wide range of roadway and bridge projects.

Milhouse team provided multiple improvements, which included roadway reconstruction projects, milling and resurfacing projects, intersection safety improvement projects, pavement rehabilitation projects, and bridge rehabilitation projects.

The scope included pavement milling and resurfacing work, ADA ramp upgrades, traffic signal modernization/replacement, highly reflective pavement markings, and advance warning signs.

Other project improvements included larger 12” LED lenses with visors, reflective backplating at each leg, and pedestrian countdown timers and pushbuttons at crosswalks.
