Redevelopment in Pullman Park
Milhouse was the Construction Manager for the redevelopment of a 180-acre former steel mill into a new mixed-use development, which includes a retail shopping center and over 1,000 residential units.
The $18 million, 18-acre first phase of the project was for the civil infrastructure work. It included environmental remediation, demolition, a new sewer and water service, new storm water detention facilities, the installation and relocation of a city street, and traffic signal improvements
Construction was completed in the spring of 2012
Preconstruction Responsibilities:

- Preparing bid packages and managing the bidding process
